Terms of Service

Last updated: May 28, 2026 · Effective: May 28, 2026 · Governing law: State of Arizona, United States

Important: These Terms include an Acceptable Use Policy with strict prohibitions. Violations — including sanctions evasion or prohibited content generation — may result in immediate account suspension and referral to law enforcement.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any Coaxiom service (coaxiom.io or the Coaxiom API, collectively the "Services"), you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

Coaxiom provides:

Coaxiom is a neutral information platform. We do not operate inference infrastructure or generate AI outputs.

3. Account Registration & Identity

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You may not create more than one account per individual or legal entity. We actively detect and prohibit multi-account creation.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including your API key.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be fraudulent, duplicated, or in violation of these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You may not use Coaxiom services — directly or indirectly — to facilitate any of the following:

4.1 Absolutely Prohibited Uses

4.2 Prohibited Commercial Uses

5. Usage Caps and Automatic Enforcement

All accounts are subject to API usage caps based on subscription tier. Accounts that exceed caps or trigger anomaly detection will be automatically paused. You will be notified and given an opportunity to resolve the issue before access is restored. Coaxiom's anomaly detection is proprietary; we do not disclose specific thresholds.

6. Monitoring and Reporting

Coaxiom reserves the right to monitor usage patterns for compliance with these Terms. If we detect activity that we reasonably believe involves CSAM or child exploitation, we are legally required under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A to report to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). We will comply with all applicable mandatory reporting laws.

We cooperate with law enforcement requests served through lawful legal process, including subpoenas, court orders, and national security letters.

7. Payments and Fees

All subscription fees are billed in advance. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. By using our paid services, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. International transactions may be subject to currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

8. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy at coaxiom.io/privacy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection of usage data, IP addresses, and device fingerprints for security and compliance purposes as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All pricing data, indices, and market intelligence produced by Coaxiom is proprietary. You may use this data in your own applications subject to the license granted by your subscription tier. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute raw data feeds from the Coaxiom API without a separate data licensing agreement.
