Refund & Cancellation Policy
Coaxiom subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time. If you do, we pro-rate a refund for any unused portion of your current billing period — you only pay for the days you actually used.

How Pro-Rated Refunds Work
When you cancel a paid subscription mid-cycle, we calculate your refund as follows:
- We divide your monthly plan price by the number of days in that billing period
- We count the remaining unused days from your cancellation date to the end of the period
- We refund that amount to your original payment method
You cancel on day 10 of a 30-day billing period. You've used 10 days.
Daily rate: $19 ÷ 30 = $0.633/day
Unused days: 20
Refund: 20 × $0.633 = $12.67
You cancel on day 5 of a 31-day billing period.
Daily rate: $79 ÷ 31 = $2.548/day
Unused days: 26
Refund: 26 × $2.548 = $66.26
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal in your dashboard (Account → Manage Billing). Your access continues until the end of the current billing period, and you'll receive a pro-rated refund for unused days.
If you have difficulty cancelling through the portal, email [email protected] and we'll process your cancellation and refund within 1 business day.
Exceptions & Special Cases
- Billing errors: If you were charged in error (e.g., after cancelling), contact us and we will issue a full refund immediately — no pro-rating.
- Service outages: If Coaxiom experiences a material outage lasting more than 24 hours, affected subscribers may request a service credit or pro-rated refund for the downtime period.
- Annual plans: If you're on a custom annual plan, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Email [email protected] to discuss.
- Team seats: If you downgrade from Team to Developer or Free mid-period, the same pro-rated calculation applies to the price difference.
What Is Not Refundable
- API usage overages beyond your plan limit (if any)
- One-time setup fees or professional services (if applicable)
- Periods where your account was suspended due to violation of our Terms of Service
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund outside of the automated cancellation flow:
- Email [email protected] with subject line "Refund Request"
- Include the email address on your Coaxiom account and the reason for your request
- We will respond within 1 business day and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days
